Balsamic Pork Loin

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. pork loin (my store sells one pound loins, so I just buy two)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. steak seasoning
Directions:
- Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cook for 45 minutes or until meat has an internal temperature of 145 degrees
- Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing
