Balsamic Pork Loin

This pork loin recipe is simple and will thrill your taste buds. Seriously, it doesn’t get easier, or tastier than this. Make yourself a side of mashed potatoes and you will impress even the pickiest eaters.

 Balsamic Pork Loin

Ingredients:Easy Balsamic Pork Loin

  • 2 lbs. pork loin (my store sells one pound loins, so I just buy two)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. steak seasoning

 

Directions:

  • Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Cook for 45 minutes or until meat has an internal temperature of 145 degrees
  • Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing
